Personal Development

At Altares Dun & Bradstreet, we place a high value on personal growth and development. Throughout the year we have various pathways to get the best out of yourself. For example, we have a Young Talent Program in which we give talented colleagues the opportunity to develop further in the workplace. We also have a Leadership Development Program. Here (new) leaders learn how they can best stimulate their team and achieve good results together. Guest speakers are also regularly invited to various teams and there are regular events.

"When we travel abroad with the whole company, there are always a few colleagues who add a few extra days before or after the trip together. It's pretty unique to get along so well with so many colleagues that you actually choose to spend your holidays and free time together. I think that says a lot about the great work atmosphere here."
