OTI Administrator at Altares - Dun & Bradstreet

Job description

As an OTI administrator you will take part of the Benelux Order to Invoice (OTI) team responsible for billing administration and sales order processing activities for the Benelux; located in Rotterdam. 

Responsibilities will include Validation, Processing and Reporting of all sales orders. As well as other Order to Cash (OTC) activities and the relating documentation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Order review onto CRM system (Salesforce) & various spreadsheets

  • Review completeness of Order and Contract related documentation

  • Order to Invoice internal Mailbox queries /Ad-hoc, including Customer Analysis

  • Account Maintenance – suspend, drop, area updates, extensions

  • Provide usage specifications to Collections department for invoice details required by customers

  • Submit customer access requests to Customer Service and Customer Care (collecting Proof-of-Deliveries)

  • Revalidations of units to customers contract subscriptions upon review of contract + policy

  • Releasing orders from peer to peer hold once validated that processed correctly

  • Ad-hoc reporting - business case rejections/missed cut off – internal policies

  • Monthly over usage billing for all customers

  • Order Indexing/Validation/Rejection/Processing

  • Focussing on continuous improvement

  • Validate approvals – sales policy

  • Issuing internal sub numbers for D&B colleagues

Key Requirements

  • Experience of billing processes and Sales Order processing is a plus

  • Competent Excel skills – experience of automated Zuora system advantageous

  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written

  • Deadline driven within a commercially oriented environment

  • Very good attention to detail and time management/organisational skills

  • Adopts a service mentality in supporting the team as a service provider to internal and external customers

  • Languages Required: Dutch and English
