Job description

Altares Dun & Bradstreet Benelux is looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead key technical implementations and migrations, with a strong focus on cloud-based solutions. In this role, you act as the main link between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects run smoothly, meet business requirements, and deliver real value.

You will work in a dynamic, data-driven environment where you can grow your technical expertise, manage cross-functional project teams, and contribute to the digital transformation of organizations across the Benelux.

Our Team

The Solutions and Services team is responsible for the delivery of all projects related to: API Integration, Standard ERP/CRM connectors, customized development, and AML/KYC/CFT Projects as well as the coordination of Managed Services/Outsourcing projects.

What are you going to do? 

  • Lead technical project implementations and migrations, emphasizing cloud-based solutions;

  • Act as the primary interface with clients regarding project status, budget, scope, and issues;

  • Collaborate with account management to scope required efforts and define timelines;

  • Work closely with clients and project teams to identify and ensure delivery against key business requirements and milestones;

  • Track and communicate project status, plans, issues, timelines, action items, and budgets;

  • Manage activities for cross-functional teams and coordinate technology and implementation plans with internal and external resources;

  • Oversee application design and manage the delivery of new processes within a consultative client relationship to ensure high quality and client satisfaction.

What do you bring? 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.

  • Experience with project management software and tools.

  • Ability to communicate with and manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Fluent in both English & Dutch is mandatory (French is a strong plus).

  • Ability to prepare and present progress reports to management teams.

  • Passion for IT, Data & Software development. This is required to learn new technical skills fast.

 

Soft Skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.

  • Capability to perform under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team on complex issues.

 

Nice to Have

  • Data Management experience (Ability to work using MS-Excel, MS-Access, SQL-Server, SQL-Server Management Studio,.)

  • Development experience is a plus, preferably around web technologies, cloud, service integration/DaaS,

  • Previous Experience in Anti-Money Laundering AML-KYC Know your Customer / Compliance Processes/Policies/Compliance Due Diligence.
