What are you going to do?
As a Commercial Trainee, you will play an important role within our Sales team. You are responsible for identifying new opportunities and developing skills to realize data-driven impact. You will be part of our Growth sales team, a close-knit group of approximately 20 enthusiastic colleagues spread across the Netherlands and Belgium who all share the same passion: solving challenges with data.
In the first months, you will delve deep into the complex world of Altares Dun & Bradstreet. Together with experienced Account Executives, you will work on outbound campaigns and build relationships with our customers. As you develop, you will have the opportunity to independently search for the golden prospects.
Within 1 to 2 years, we offer you the opportunity to grow into the position of Sales Executive. In short, a challenging position with plenty of opportunities for growth in an international top company!
Onboarding
You never walk alone. You will receive personal guidance from an experienced coach who will teach you the tricks of the trade. This coach has been active within the Growth team for years and ensures that you can develop optimally. Together with your coach, you will make a valuable contribution to the growth of Altares Dun & Bradstreet in the Benelux.
Personal development
Our traineeship offers a balanced combination of group training and personal coaching. You will receive training in hard skills, such as data analysis and sales, but also in soft skills. This includes improving your personal communication style, time management and discovering your own learning preferences. In addition, you will follow interesting lessons on various subjects such as compliance, marketing and of course sales. This approach ensures that you can develop optimally, both professionally and personally.
